Youmim develops AI-based software solutions to support technical and engineering processes. The focus is on the structured processing of expertise for training and validation of artificial intelligence.
For this area, we are looking for a qualified civil engineer to provide professional support for AI training processes.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Use of engineering knowledge to train AI systems
- Structured preparation of technical content for AI training data
- Review and evaluation of AI outputs from an engineering perspective
- Collaboration with AI and software teams to improve model accuracy
- Support in validation and quality assurance processes
- Documentation of technical content and training logic
Requirements / Qualifications
- Completed degree in civil engineering or related fields
- Sound understanding of engineering concepts and processes
- Ability to explain complex technical content in a structured manner
- Experience with digital systems or AI applications an advantage
- Very good computer skills
- Analytical and structured working style
- Team skills in interdisciplinary technical environments

Salary
The monthly gross salary is 3,400 €.
