Youmim is a newly founded company in the field of digital media production, software development, and AI-supported content. The focus of the company is on developing modern digital solutions that combine creative media work with technical and automated processes.
To expand our creative team, we are looking for a professional video editor who creates high-quality visual content and works closely with our technical and creative team.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Professional editing of video and audio material for various digital projects
- Proficient use of common video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Flexible switching between different programs, file formats, and workflows
- Creative development of visual concepts, visual languages, and design solutions
- Creation of transitions, effects, animations, and visual elements
- Implementation of complex content into clearly structured, aesthetic final products
- Working under time pressure while maintaining consistently high quality requirements
- Close collaboration with internal teams to implement joint projects
- Structured organization of projects and careful documentation
Requirements / Qualifications
- Very good experience with at least one professional video editing software
- High flexibility in handling various editing platforms and tools
- Strong creativity, innovation ability, and visual imagination
- Ability to independently develop artistic and technical solutions
- Resilience and efficient working under time pressure
- Team skills and constructive communication ability
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- No language skills required (German or English not necessary)

Salary
The monthly gross salary is 3,370 € and is above the collective agreement minimum salary in the field of media production.
